Refund and Return Policy for Rising Achiever

1. Our Commitment

At Rising Achiever, we are committed to providing exceptional service and value to our community. We understand that circumstances can change, and we have developed this policy to address requests for refunds on our services. This policy outlines the eligibility, process, and timelines for refunds.

2. Scope of Policy

This Refund and Return Policy applies to fees paid for services offered by Rising Achiever, including but not limited to:

  • Award Application and Nomination Fees
  • Professional Award Nomination & Application Support
  • Strategic Brand & Profile Amplification
  • Exclusive Achiever Networking Program Fees
  • Event Tickets or Registrations

This policy does not apply to non-refundable deposits or fees, which will be clearly identified as such at the time of purchase.

3. General Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a request in accordance with the terms outlined below for the specific service.

A. Award Application and Nomination Fees

  • Application and nomination fees are non-refundable once a submission has been completed and entered into our review system.
  • A full refund can be requested if the request is made in writing within 24 hours of payment and before the final submission of the application.

B. Professional Support and Amplification Services

  • Full Refund: You may request a full refund for our Professional Award Nomination & Application Support or Strategic Brand & Profile Amplification services if you cancel in writing within 72 hours of purchase, provided that no significant work has commenced.
  • Partial Refund: If you cancel after 72 hours, or after work has begun, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis, calculated based on the proportion of the service that has already been delivered. No refund will be issued if more than 50% of the contracted service has been completed.

C. Exclusive Achiever Networking Program

  • Membership fees for the Exclusive Achiever Networking Program are billed on an annual or quarterly basis.
  • You may cancel your membership at any time, but fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable. Your access to the program will continue until the end of the paid period.

D. Event Tickets and Registrations

  • Full Refund: A full refund for event tickets can be requested up to 30 days before the scheduled event date.
  • Partial Refund (50%): A 50% refund can be requested between 15 and 29 days before the scheduled event date.
  • No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled event date.
  • Transferability: In lieu of a refund, you may request to transfer your ticket to another individual. Transfer requests must be made in writing at least 7 days before the event.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Written Request: Send an email to our support team at info@risingachiever.org.
  2. Include Necessary Details: Your email must include your full name, the service you purchased, the date of purchase, the transaction or invoice number, and a clear reason for your refund request.
  3. Await Confirmation: Our team will review your request and send a confirmation of receipt within 2-3 business days.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
  • You will receive an email notification once the refund has been initiated from our end.

6. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

  • Service Non-Delivery: If Rising Achiever fails to deliver a purchased service as described, you are entitled to a full refund, regardless of the timeframes mentioned above.
  • Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that Rising Achiever cancels an event, all registered attendees will receive a full refund of their ticket price.
  • Discretionary Refunds: We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis under circumstances not covered by this policy.
